The main level offers the Sally Barber Master suite; equipped with a king-sized bed, gas fireplace, flat screen LCD TV, over sized walk-in closet, en-suite master bath with shower, Jacuzzi tub, double sinks, and private deck. The lower level offers the Mother Lode King Bedroom and the Tailings Twin Bedroom. The Mother Lode suite has a queen-sized bed, and the Tailing Twins suite has two twin beds. These suites share a Jack & Jill bathroom. The upper level, known as the Mine Shaft, offers a 2 bedroom private apartment situated over the garage. The Mine Shaft can sleep 6 guests in either the Gold Pan Bedroom or the Silver Lode Bedroom. Each bedroom sleeps 3 guests in one double bed and one twin bed. The Mine Shaft also has a small kitchen, 30" LCD TV with Blue Ray DVD player, and Wii games.
It also offers a resistance exercise pool spa room with exercise equipment, foosball table, computer printer for use with your own laptop, washer and dryer, an expansive deck with outdoor furniture and heaters situated to provide spectacular views of the Ten Mile Range, and a private Outdoor hot tub on west facing patio with outdoor fire pit.

It is situated within walking distance to the Sally Barber Mine and hiking trails, and is perfectly suitable for weddings with up to 150 guests (with a tent). Shuttle service to town is also available at Baldy Road.
